There is no need to stress; our team at Get Cultured Travel Services will do all the work for you!2. How long will it take to get a quote?It should take between 24 - 48 hours for our team to get back to you.3. Will I pay more if I book through an agent?No! Regardless of how you book (yourself or with a travel agent), the suppliers already build in a commission. When you book yourself, the supplier keeps that commission for themselves. But when you use Get Cultured Travel Services as your travel agent, that commission comes to us.4. Can you work within my budget?Yes, we can work within your budget. We accommodate all budget ranges, from affordable to luxury. Unlike some influencers advertising cheap trips, we prioritize delivering real value and ensuring our clients enjoy every aspect of their journey.5. Do I REALLY need travel insurance?Absolutely, and here's why: In the current unpredictable climate of fluctuating prices and staffing challenges, unexpected changes can occur. Travel insurance acts as a safety net, providing financial protection in case you need to reschedule. The additional cost is an investment that safeguards your finances against unforeseen events, ensuring you don't lose money due to unexpected disruptions. While we're not insurance agents, we can recommend reputable companies for you to review before finalizing your booking.
Assessing your needs and understanding the potential risks of not having travel insurance is crucial, it is an extra layer of security added to your travel plans.6. What is Flex Pay and does it affect my credit?Flex Pay gives you the freedom to purchase what you want now and pay over time with simple fixed installments. Some plans include interest while some are interest-free. Choose the terms of your payment plan, finish checking out, and enjoy your purchase. Then, pay over time with simple, no-surprise monthly payments.
When you check your eligibility, a "soft" credit inquiry occurs to verify your identity and determine your eligibility for financing. A soft credit inquiry doesn't affect your credit score. Uplift does not perform a hard credit inquiry.7. I purchased a trip using Flex Pay, can I travel before it's paid off?Yes! You do need to allow a few days between booking and your departure date for things to process. Other than that, you are free to travel whenever – even before you’re all paid off.

Please make yourself familiar with our Terms & Conditions.By booking your arrangement with us, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions of any suppliers that are applicable to your booking arrangements. You shall also be responsible for reading and understanding and 3rd-party policies. The lead traveler is required to provide contact information to Get Cultured Travel Services LLC for each traveler in their group and assumes the responsibility of sharing these terms and conditions with the entire group, including payment of all amounts when due. It is the responsibility of each passenger to read Get Cultured Travel Services LLC Terms and Conditions in its entirety. In addition, Get Cultured Travel Services LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, from time to time and will submit an update via email to notify of all changes. By reviewing this full Agreement and clicking “Agree,” I agree to the following terms and authorize Get Cultured Travel Services LLC to charge the credit card I have provided.1. I understand that Get Cultured Travel Services LLC acts solely in the capacity of a sales agent for the suppliers providing the Travel Services in connection with my trip, including but not limited to airlines, hotels and resorts, tour operators, transfer operators, sightseeing/excursion operators, shuttle providers, and providers of entertainment and wedding-related services. Get Cultured Travel Services LLC assumes no responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity that may be occasioned either by (a) any act or omission of any of the suppliers or (b) any matter beyond our exclusive control involving them, including but not limited to a delay or cancellation of a flight that causes me to miss any portion of the trip.2. I understand that Get Cultured Travel Services LLC is not responsible for the denied entry into any country for any traveler. I understand that all travelers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on the traveler’s photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. I understand that minors unaccompanied by birth parents will need a permission letter for travel outside the U.S. and any travelers with criminal convictions may be denied entry to certain countries. Each traveler is responsible for determining if issues are present with the immigration/customs process into a foreign country. Being denied entry will result in a complete financial loss associated with my trip.3. I understand that a passport is required for international travel, including for children & babies and that for some countries (including but not limited to Mexico, Costa Rica, St. Lucia, Europe) passports must be valid 6 months AFTER RETURN DATE OF TRAVEL. I understand it is my responsibility to review and understand passport requirements and travel advisories for both the United States and the destinations I will be visiting.4. I understand that Get Cultured Travel Services LLC is not an agent of the selected hotel and has no control over refund policies and other rules mandated by the Hotel.5. I certify that I am the authorized cardholder for this purchased travel and am authorizing Get Cultured Travel Services LLC or its chosen tour operator or supplier to charge the listed amount to the credit card.6. I certify that I will verify all the information contained in the confirmation email I receive is accurate and I will ask for any corrections within 24 hours of receiving the email. If I do not update the information within this period, it will be deemed correct by Get Cultured Travel Services LLC.7. I understand that Get Cultured Travel Services LLC is not an Insurance Agency, and that 3rd-party Trip Protection is optional and the cost is non-refundable once purchased. I understand that Get Cultured Travel Services LLC cannot sell, solicit or negotiate travel insurance policies and that Get Cultured Travel Services LLC has not made a binding assurance or promise about insurance coverage. I acknowledge that I have been advised about purchasing Travel Protection from Get Cultured Travel Services LLC and the possible results if I choose not to purchase Travel Protection.8. I acknowledge and understand that the signed charge authorization is a binding agreement for charging my submitted credit card, or being invoiced for the charges, and as such, I waive any right to a chargeback in the case of trip delays, changes, or cancellations for any cause (excluding fraud), including a force majeure event and I agree to refund policies and procedures as outlined in the terms and conditions of the suppliers operating components of the trip. I shall instead utilize travel insurance in the event that I can no longer attend the planned trip. In the event that I attempt without Get Cultured Travel Services LLC authorization to chargeback, reverse, or recollect a trip payment already made, Get Cultured Travel Services LLC reserves the right to collect the full amount and all additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal, or recollection including, without limitation, attorney fees. I understand that my credit card statement may reflect the supplier's name or other supplier’s name (ex: airlines) when transactions are completed on my behalf by Get Cultured Travel Services LLC. I understand payment may take 3-7 business days to fully process and be reflected on my credit card statement.In the event that payment is attempted by Get Cultured Travel Services LLC and is subsequently declined, Company will provide Traveler with a courtesy email notifying Traveler of the declined payment method. If the past due payment is not paid within three (3) days of its due date, there will be a 10% late fee assessed for that interval’s payment. If payment has not been submitted within seven (7) days of the first payment attempt, Get Cultured Travel Services LLC will cancel the Travelers booking and retain all paid funds.9. I acknowledge the expense incurred by changes and I authorize Get Cultured Travel Services LLC to charge a change fee of $25 per person per request for any changes that are requested or required after 24 hours of receiving my reservation confirmation email. This may include travel date changes, name changes, room category changes, and more.10. I authorize Get Cultured Travel Services LLC to charge $40 per-person payment for the cancellation of a reservation made by Get Cultured Travel Services LLC with no regard for the reason for cancellation. This cancellation fee also applies to all cancellations that result in a rebooking.11. I acknowledge and understand that it is my responsibility to comply with the government's rules in the destinations I'm visiting that are in effect during my trip. Government officials in the destinations I visit may change entry requirements, health protocols, and other rules for inbound visitors (including the possibility of health screenings, tests, and even mandatory quarantines) at their discretion and with little or no advance notice. In the event of health pandemics or states of emergency, the suppliers and/or resorts operating travelers’ trip may change, delay, or cancel the services offered for the trip at their sole discretion and with little or no advance notice. I acknowledge and understand that Get Cultured Travel Services LLC is a travel agent and has no control over these decisions and cannot be held liable for them.12. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. This Agreement is performable in whole or in part in Bucks County. The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any state or federal court located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement.13. I understand that by agreeing to this that the Terms & Conditions apply to everyone on the reservation.14. I certify that I have read the Terms & Conditions and the appropriate Travel Protection Plan details. If there are any issues with submission, please contact an agent for the completion of this Agreement.15. I understand all payments to Get Cultured Travel Services LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Get Cultured Travel Services LLC has contractual agreements with our hotel, airlines, transportation, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.16. I acknowledge that I have been offered to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment.Force MajeureNo Party shall be liable or responsible to the other Party, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement (except for any obligations to make previously owed payments to the other Party hereunder) when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the impacted Party’s (“Impacted Party”) reasonable control, including, without limitation, the following force majeure events (“Force Majeure Event(s)”) that frustrates the purpose of this Agreement: (a) acts of God; (b) flood, fire, earthquake or explosion; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order or law; (e) actions, embargoes or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement; (f) action by any governmental authority; (g) national or regional emergency; (h) strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances; (i) epidemic, pandemic or similar influenza or bacterial infection (which is defined by the United States Center for Disease Control as virulent human influenza or infection that may cause global outbreak, or pandemic, or serious illness); (j) emergency state; (k) shortage of adequate medical supplies and equipment; (l) shortage of power or transportation facilities; and (m) other similar events beyond the reasonable control of the Impacted Party.Non-Refundable Retainer Fee:The non-refundable retainer fee is applicable for a period of up to 72 hours after the itinerary has been provided.Included Services:The non-refundable retainer fee covers the following services:Three itinerary and package searches dedicated to securing the best quote within your specified budget.Pre-trip travel tips and advisories to enhance your travel preparations.Ongoing email and phone assistance throughout the duration of your travels.Post-trip follow-up to ensure your travel experience meets your expectations.Additional Quote Charges:Any requests for additional quotes beyond the initial three will be subject to an extra charge.Client Satisfaction:We take pride in our work, and your happiness is our top priority. Your satisfaction is crucial to us, and we strive to exceed your expectations in providing exceptional travel services. Our commitment extends beyond merely securing a favorable deal; we strive to create a travel experience that leaves you satisfied and eager for more adventures.Knowing And Voluntary ExecutionYou agree that you have carefully read this Agreement, and fully understand its contents, including cancellation policies and penalties. You are aware that this Agreement is subject to the Terms and Conditions Agreement previously executed by you that contains releases of liability and constitutes a legally, valid and binding agreement between you (on behalf of yourself and each member of your travel party) and Get Cultured Travel Services LLC and agree of your own free will.
